Taking inspirations from Alice + Olivia, I found this lucky little number at Forever21. (I know)
I rocked this piece at New York Fashion Week for a party at the Rivington Hotel. I threw on black tights to keep my stems warm and finished the looked with black leather booties for comfort and sass.
